Description:

A post-doctoral/visiting scholar and PhD graduate research assistant position is available to work on the

detection of genetic aberrations with high resolution microscopic imaging and the integration of genomic

imaging information with microarray gene expression.  

 

Qualifications:

(1) A PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics,

Statistics or other related fields; (2) Programming skills with MATLAB and C/Java;

(3) Experience in image analysis; (4) Knowledge of biology and genomics is desirable but not required.
